Affiliate Program Terms

UseThatApp.com is owned and operated by Centric Engineers, ("Centric Engineers", "UseThatApp", "we", "us", or "our"). These Affiliate Program Terms ("Terms") govern participation in the UseThatApp affiliate program (the "Program"). By joining the Program you ("Affiliate", "you", or "your") agree to these Terms in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

• The Program is currently open to participants in the United States only.
• You must hold a UseThatApp account in good standing.
• Developers selling on UseThatApp may participate, including by referring customers to their own apps ("bring your own customers"). You may not, however, earn a commission on your own purchases — referrals of your own account are not attributed.

Referrals and Attribution

• Each Affiliate receives a unique referral link. Following it sets a browser cookie that lasts 60 days; the most recent referral link clicked wins ("last click").
• Attribution is per purchase: the Affiliate whose cookie is present when a purchase is completed earns the commission on that purchase. For subscriptions, that Affiliate earns on every renewal of that subscription for its lifetime.
• Because attribution is per purchase, different purchases by the same customer may credit different Affiliates, and a purchase made with no active referral cookie credits no one.
• You earn no commission on your own purchases, regardless of the referral link used.
• Manipulating attribution (cookie stuffing, forced clicks, self-referral through secondary accounts, misleading advertising, or bidding on UseThatApp trademarks) is prohibited and grounds for removal from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Commissions

• You earn 25% of UseThatApp's platform fee (excluding taxes collected) on every referred purchase — and for referred subscriptions, on every subsequent renewal for as long as that subscription remains active. Your current rate is shown on your affiliate dashboard.
• Commissions are denominated in US dollars.
• Commissions become payable 30 days after the underlying payment (the "hold period"), which covers every refund window in our Refund Policy.

Refunds, Disputes, and Clawbacks

• If a referred payment is refunded in whole or in part, the corresponding commission is reversed proportionally. For subscription payments, only the refunded billing period's commission is affected.
• If a referred payment is disputed (chargeback), the commission is frozen while the dispute is open, released if the dispute is won, and reversed if it is lost.
• Reversals that exceed your unpaid balance create a negative balance that offsets future commissions. We do not invoice you for negative balances.

Payouts

• Payouts are made monthly via Stripe to your connected payout account, once your payable balance reaches $25.
• Balances below the minimum are never forfeited — they roll forward until the threshold is met.
• You must complete Stripe onboarding (identity verification) to receive payouts. Commissions accrue before onboarding, but are only paid to a verified account.
• You are responsible for any taxes owed on commission income.

Program Changes and Termination

• We may modify commission rates, the hold period, the payout minimum, or these Terms prospectively with notice on this page. Changes never reduce commissions already earned.
• Either party may end participation at any time. On termination for convenience, earned commissions above the payout minimum are paid on the normal schedule; termination for fraud or breach forfeits unpaid commissions.
